My First Dollfie Dream
This is my first, and only, doll. Her name is Candie and she’s a Custom Dollfie Dream Dynamite. We modeled her after Candice Accola’s make-up from season two of The Vampire Diaries, after she’s turned. Obviously, she’s named after Candice, too. She has a cute, bubbly blonde personality with a dash of snark, kind of like Caroline.
My first BJD
My first BJD was a Dollzone Fei-1.
He has the default face up and normal pink skin. I wanted to decide for MSD because I lacked the money at the moment and wanted to try out the hobby first…I wanted to have a cute boy with a shy look on its face so I decided on Fei pretty fast. I also decided for cute clothes and a blonde wig. Also I gave him the name “Yuichi Reizen”. I always loved the name Yuichi and Reizen is the Last name of the character Taki Reizen from Hiyakujitsu no Bara, an animation I really like.
After the years passed I noticed that Yuichi wasn’t that kind of a cute guy I wanted him to be xD Sometimes he can be really devilish…But of course I like him either way..Sometimes he feels lonely because I still dont have many dolls but mostly very charming ^^

![Ceylon is a Souldoll Kid Liddell and she was the first BJD I purchased and received!
I had been searching for months but kept putting off buying a doll because I really couldn’t justify it and I could find a sculpt I was in love with. Then, my roommate came home with a BJD and so did our mutual friend (they had bought them together at a convention) and I was so jealous. So of course I started playing with them and realized that the happiness I got out of them was much more than expected for them being “dolls”.
I stumbled across DDE and from there onto Souldoll and fell in love with Liddell. I saved and saved and bought her on layaway and when she finally came home I was so happy! It took a few tries, but the photo you see above is what I settled on and how I showed her off at the first convention meetup we went to! She’s changed a lot since then, but I really miss this version of Ceylon so I think she’ll be returning to this form soon! I don’t play with her as much as I like anymore but I still love her very much!

This is my first BJD. Wellll, he isn’t actually my first technically because Chi and Mara kind of count but xD;;;
He’s a Doll Family Nuada, and his name is Yuuto. I got him for Christmas last year, after a really long span of time where I was choosing a doll. I honestly didn’t particularly like him when I first got him, and thought that he was a little weird. His skin was paper white, he was bald, and shockingly…. Well, blue. He was really tightly strung and FREAKING KICKY. LOLOLOL My mom sewed him some awkward pants that showed off his giant butt/gets kicked by Yuuto
But now I’m totally in love with him<3
We made him some new clothes, and he has a wig and some wonderful blue eyes, and I replaced his eyelashes. What can I say?! I’m in loveee lololol<33333 He’s still getting another wig and I’m buying him some clothes to fit his goth/cyber punk attitude. Yup.

There is no ‘deal’ on Den of Demons! It’s simply a more rough, but honest-to-god forum. On Den of Angels, one may be bound by rules and expectations of politeness for every situation. Rather, on DOD, you can express your true opinion and (usually) without being banned or mocked. That being said, I don’t usually go on there because the last time I did, the forums were moving rather slowly, and some of the last updates on many of the subforums were from the previous two weeks! [though this could have changed since]
This is Arcady Deo, aka Kitt. A Dollcatch Sian.
He’s my first (and currently only) BJD. I interred to him a character in my stories that reminded me the most of what it’s like to live like you mean it, like you wanted to prove your right to exist. He’s taught me more than that, as a doll and in his growth as a character. (Which is funny because the doll took on a different side of the character, one I love immensely.)
Kitt’s not everyone’s standard for the perfect doll: he’s got a few stains, broken two fingers, and it takes a whole lot of effort to get him to stand properly but I wouldn’t care…he’s perfect to me in all his flaws. He’ll always be my number one.
This is my first doll, a Volks FCS F-40 on the SD-10 boy body. His name is Jon Alir, and as you can see he can pull off many different looks!
I was lucky enough to be able to order him in person while working in Japan on the JET program. While visiting Tenshi-no-Sato, the F-40 facemold just jumped out at me and I had to bring him home. I received him a full month early. He was absolutely perfect in all his scatterbrained nerdness. Even though I now have twelve dolls and three floating heads, Jon is my baby and closest to my heart.
This is my first doll, an Angel of Dream Tao Hoa Dao, named Tacori. I started saving for my doll in September. Every paycheck I would set aside some money for college and then some for him. My parents really didn’t mind because it was my money and I was making sure to put my education first. With some help from my boyfriend, I finally had enough for him in December. On the 18th, two days after my 18th birthday I ordered him! I was really worried because of the unflattering things I read about AoD on Den of Angels (of course I forgot to check the forums before I ordered!), but was pleasantly surprised when he arrived. He came in about a month and he posed beautifully right from the box.
I never really planned a “character” or personality for him, but he turned into this lovable nerd that’s always there for me.
